Digital ProductCohera Systems Release I (“the Product”) is a digital, downloadable tool delivered immediately upon purchase.
Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy and waive any right to dispute or charge back the transaction.

LicenseWhen you purchase Release I, you obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal use only.
You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, publish, or otherwise distribute any part of the product without express written permission.
Any unauthorized use automatically terminates this license.

UpgradesPurchasing Release I grants you access to all refinements from Release I up to and including v1.0.It does not include future versions beyond 1.0 (e.g., 2.0, 3.0, etc.) unless explicitly stated in future offerings.

Founder-Access PricingRelease I is offered at Founder-Tier pricing, available only to the early access cohort.
Once Early Access closes, pricing will permanently adjust to public-launch levels.
